Tips on helping the body detox:
- Cleaning up your environment. This can include using a water purifier (distiller),
air filter (activated carbon media), and products that don’t contain harmful chemicals/fragrances;
- Eating a healthy/clean diet that allows the load on the body to be reduced so that
the body can work on the toxins that it needs to purge itself from.
- Using supplements to help the body perform normal organ tasks. One recipe for detox
is to use Glutathione, Alpha-Lipoic Acid, and Vitamin C. See Dr. Sherry Rogers book
“Detoxify or Die” to know the proper percentages. Some companies make easy to use
detox kits.
